My (Very Short) deviantART Story

Happy Birthday  !

So maybe I've been around waaaayy too short to participate, not just in dA but on this world too, I mean, I myself am 14 this year along with DA. LOL.

But anyway, when I first joined dA I was like wooaaahhhh щ (*ㅇ△ Φ☆)ノ at all the amazing artists and professionals who have been drawing for so long. I really admire them and also how modest they are about being such amazing artists, like everyone on dA is friendly and wiling to help. ^^ I got a really nice welcome that was totally unexpected from Beta Tester FlyingFishGuardian when I first joined. Wheeee ~~  

Some of the artworks I REALLY loved were...        

They inspired me to continue drawing. I started when I was 4 or so, with my mom's lipsticks as crayons, and it's been 10 super long years til here. Phew /.\ A friend introduced me into Digital Art and now I use the Wacom Bamboo Manga (limited edition tablet, I heard xD) to draw with SAI. To help me get started and all, I turned to a lot of the awesome pro artists who had fun and helpful tutorials ~

And then, I finished my first drawing...    

I was really happy when people began to favourite it and comment etc. I never expected that, because there are millions of other, better artists out there. I really appreciate all the support and thank you so much for making me want to draw moarr xD

Then my latest drawing which I finished today was..   

And almost straightaway I got a fave on that one too, although it was not actually a finished piece. xD

I guess what I'm trying to say is that dA has really helped  me to draw more and draw better. The comments and faves and watches and notes all mean a LOT to every artist, especially for beginners. So this is not really my story, but the START of my story. And I hope that the story will never finish.
